Quick transactions
At the branch you can visualise your current mood by colouring a square that expresses how you feel and deposit it via the teller's desk. Deposit slips will be collated to form a collective visualisation of the mood of Wellington.
Mood Manager appointments
At the branch you can book individual appointments with the Mood Manager to create a detailed visualisation of mood. Our Mood Managers are trained to guide you through a number of templates that will prompt you to think about how you feel and how time, places, people and things influence your mood.
